At Runanubandh Trust, we strive to ensure that all transactions conducted through our payment gateway are successful. However, in the event that a transaction is debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to the Runanubandh Trust System, it will be considered a failed transaction.
Failed transactions are eligible for a refund post reconciliation. Refunds for such transactions will be initiated within 10-15 working days.
Our team will diligently reconcile failed transactions and ensure timely refunds.
Please note that all donations made to Runanubandh Trust are considered final. Cancellation of donations is not allowed due to the nature of our charitable activities and the immediate impact they have on our beneficiaries.
