Runanubandh Trust is a registered Trust under the Bombay Charities Act, 1956. The Trust was founded in 2001 by a philanthropist Shri Vasant Harshi Galia, with an aim of helping the needy in all possible ways.
The Trust is involved in various charitable works, including providing healthcare services to the needy at a discounted cost or even free of cost, jeevdaya or compassion towards animals and birds, environmental services, educational services, and more.
In one of its landmark social service, between 1996-2001, it has also executed a huge housing for free scheme for 1,850 families from the Kutchi community.
During the coronavirus pandemic, it offered free of cost treatment to 5,000+ affected patients while also providing free of cost ICU treatment to 1,750 critically ill patients.
Since its inception, Runanubandh Trust has touched 25 lakh+ human lives and countless other living beings.
Today, Runanubandh Trust is considered as one of the most socially responsible and active NGOs across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
